Returns & Exchanges
At Almasandy, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines how you can return or exchange items purchased from almasandy.com.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition
- Must have all original tags and packaging
- Must be free from stains, odors, or damage
Final sale, gift cards, and certain discounted items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at infoline@almasandy.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Whether you’d prefer a refund, store credit, or a replacement item
Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure availability. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement. If the desired item is no longer in stock, we’ll offer you store credit or a full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted)
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at infoline@almasandy.com
7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please mark the package as “Return” on customs forms to avoid additional charges.
